than 40000,Brazil has to build four from scratch and fourteens needs refurbish which needs inspections from Fifa for their approval as per their norms.
Brazil have won the tournament a record five times and hosted the World Cup once before, in 1950.

This World Cup will have such a big social and cultural impact in Brazil said Fifa president Sepp Blatter.

Fifa's inspection report added: "Brazil has a rich history of hosting
sporting and other international events.News reached fans celebrations
culminated in many towns around the country with fireworks and
festivities continued late night.

Women's world champions Germany will host the 2011 Women's World Cup as
it was contest between Canada and Germany ,the later beating off
competition from Canada.
