Meet Brian Downing, an Alabama football fan who was arrested for "teabagging" an unconscious LSU fan after the 2012 BCS National Championship game.

Downing was arrested for, as the Times-Picayune put it, ""pressing his testicles on the neck of an unconscious LSU fan."

The LSU-Alabama teabagging incident gained national attention after a video was posted to YouTube showing Alabama football fans mocking an LSU fan who had passed out in a restaurant. One man in the video gets up on a table and presses his testicles up against the man's face, a practice known as "teabagging."

Downing turned himself in to police on the evening of January 19, 2012.

He faces one count of sexual battery and one count of obscenity
