Can Maradona run undressed if Argentina wins?

I heard that Diego Maradana had promised to run in streets in the face of the public undressed if Argentina wins the World Cup. That is really a nationalist concern. But would he really run undressing any clothes in any part of his body? Does the Argentina law allow?

Such unusual promises are also common in Ethiopia. For example, when a lady becomes unable to conceive a child and give birth, she promises to God that she will do something no one can do like being willing for sex whoever asks her if God fulfils her desire. If her desire is fulfilled she does it practically but not in the face of the public.

Maradona’s promise looks like the ladies I mentioned above and even more fearful action than that just for the sake of fulfilling his national pride. But I hope he will not do it unless he takes some stimulating drugs as usual. Can he?
