Carson Palmer was spotted at a tailgate party prior to the USC-Syracuse game on Saturday, September 17, 2011.

One fan snapped a pic with Carson Palmer with a tasty beverage in his hand. In a way, it's hard to blame Palmer for wanting to spend at least one afternoon back at his old alma mater. After all, his NFL career seems to have stalled and he likely has enough money in the bank that he can afford to spend his days shotgunning beers in a parking lot.

The USC Trojans went on to beat Syracuse 38-17.
