India and Sri Lanka both met three times before this encounter in this series and we can say both teams are looking equal,we cant predict tomorrow result form their previous encounter in which both had won one match each with one rain washed game.

Dhoni knows well what is situation is demanding from his team. He said that his team will fight till the very end and will not be seating to see what will happen on 29th feburary. He alerted his team about Sri Lanka which he thinks can be a very tricky opponent.

Sri lanka knows well about the ground as they had played here twice, they said that pitch was harder in their previous game as its now,so they can have adavntage here.Dhoni problem is mostly with the openeing pair,One option could be to push Robin Uthappa, who played superbly on Sunday against Australia, ahead of Sehwag. Dhoni doesn't want to disturb an in-form Gautam Gambhir's fine run at No.3 but if situations demand he can. Another problem is their tight schedule,Players like Dhoni and Ishant Sharma have been playing non-stop from the start of the Test series. "It's tough on guys like Ishant and Gautam, but we have some time to recover and we need them," was Dhoni's response to whether a 36-hour break was enough for the team to bounce back after yesterday's game against Australia.

On team combination he said that he will try best combination and might bring Munaf Patel  if he gets well. whereas Sri lankan team have dropped Farveez Maharoof and Chanaka Welegedara. Tillakaratne Dilashan is likely to continue in the middle order, with one out of Upul Tharanga and Dilruwan Perera opening with Sanath Jayasuriya and they will be taking hamara Kapugedera and Nuwan Kulasekara for the last spot in the XI after looking to conditions. This clearly tells that both team will be going with five bowlers on Tuesday match.

Teams:

India: (likely) 1 Robin Uthappa, 2 Sachin Tendulkar, 3 Gautam Gambhir, 4 Rohit Sharma, 5 Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt & wk), 6 Yuvraj Singh, 7 Irfan Pathan, 8 Harbhajan Singh, 9 Sreesanth, 10 Ishant Sharma, 11 Munaf Patel.

Sri Lanka: (from) Sanath Jayasuriya, Upul Tharanga, Dilruwan Perera, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Kumar Sangakkara (wk), Mahela Jayawardene (capt), Chamara Silva, Chamara Kapugedera, Chaminda Vaas, Muttiah Muralitharan, Ishara Amerasinghe, Nuwan Kulasekara, Lasith Malinga.
