As we all know, Chad Ochocinco loves twitter. The artist formerly known as Chad Johnson is always posting something or other on his Twitter account, including photos of the pink shoes he wore during Breast Cancer Awareness Month and photo of Chad Ochocinco with fake face tattoos. The latest Chad Ochocinco Twitter photo: a news NFL rule that he claims should be posted in locker rooms across the league.

The new Chad Ochocinco Rule reads like this:

Rule #1059

It is against NFL policy to cover Chad Ochocino man to man. It has always been a rule but with the events of last year we must have forgotten who he was. Please note that he is sitll the most uncoverable receiver in the league. This rule is for the safety of embarrassment to all defensive backs.

Here is the Chad Ochocinco NFL Rule Photo.
