Inspiring Story: Chance Anthony, One-armed Wide Receiver For Bredkinridge High School Is A Starter


When NFL players like Randy Moss make spectacular one-armed catches we watch in awe. For Chance Anthony, a wide receiver for Breckinridge County High School Football Team, every catch is a one-armed catch.

Chance Anthony a senior was born with the lower part of his arm missing but he has not missed out a great athletic career. Chance Anthony plays wide receiver and linebacker for Breckinridge,  and he plays on the basketball team.

Chance starts at receiver and linebacker for Breckinridge, leading the team with 15 catches for more than 200 yards and two touchdowns.
"For me, I just want to be like everybody else," said Chance, who also plays guard for the basketball team. "It's no big deal for me. Other people look up to me for it, but for me, it's just something I live with."
