Charles Barkley puts on white makeup Mocking Sammy Sosa
Last night on the TNT halftime show, Charles Barkley put on white face make-up in a sketch mocking Sammy Sosa's skin lightening/rejuvenation treatment.
Excerpt of Charles Barkley on TNT:
(Jokingly) I'm tired of getting stopped when I'm driving my fast car around town. I'm tired of being black. I'm like Sammy Sosa, I'm tired of getting stopped while driving while black.
Charles Barkley can basically get away with saying just about anything. If there's one man in America other than Howard Stern that has license to say anything without getting into trouble, it's Charles Barkley. He knows how to straddle the line and say controversial statements without ever crossing the line. That's the secret of Charles Barkley, I guess.

Interesting, I wonder if this will upset people the same as when that group pretending to be the Jackson 5 appeared on Hey Hey it's Saturday.

Someone will have to make himself up in black-face to make fun of "Round-the-Mound-Rebound" Barkeley and see what he has to say about it.

Love it.
Sir Charles can say anything with panache.
Say, isn't whiteface racist?
