Charlie Manuel Dropped an F-Bomb During a Radio Interview on Tuesday, August 23, 2011

Charlie Manuel dropped an F-bomb on live radio Tuesday and just about everyone found it delightful.

The Charlie Manuel F-bomb came during an interview to be aired on WIP in Philadelphia.

He began talking about how he wants players to come to the park and work hard every day. When asked about pitcher Roy Oswalt, Charlie Manuel raved about his control. Maybe he got a little bit too excited.

“You know what I liked the other night? The command of [Oswalt's] pitches. He established his fastball then started throwing his changeup. Then he threw a fuckin… threw a few uhhhh… flippin uhhh… breaking balls.”

The host starts laughing and so does the audience. All in all, a lighthearted moment, but one that pales in comparison to the glorious profanity of Earl Weaver and Lee Elia.
