Chelsea have won the FA cup, (that is the top English soccer knock-out event for you Americans,) two years in a row, last time they lost in this competition was in the first half of 2008, but they have lost on their own ground today.

After a goal-less first half, they had to play extra time and took the lead, but after a very late Everton FC equaliser the tie went to penalties. Chelsea took the lead early on, as Everton missed their first penalty kick, but with the last kick of the match Phillip Neville scored his kick to take his team, Everton, into the 6th Round, the quarter-finals.

What is left for Chelsea this season? Unless they can win the Champions League, the top soccer competition for clubs, perhaps their owner, Russian billionaire Abrmovitch will lose interest in his under-performing toy football club.
