Chris Henry Not Dead From Accident, But On Life Support
UPDATE December 17th 8:58am PST: Chris Henry has now died
Although there were reports earlier that Chris Henry from the Cincinnati Bengals was dead from a car accident, now it has been confirmed that he is not dead from his accident, but he is on life support from life threatening injuries.
Chris Henry fell out of a truck that his fiance Loleini Tonga was driving and police are reporting that the accident was the result of a domestic dispute.
"The domestic situation continued between the operator and Mr. Henry," the police said in a statement. "At some point while she was driving, Mr. Henry came out of the back of the vehicle."
Police state that the domestic dispute started sometime before noon today and Henry's fiance was driving away from the house when Henry jumped in to the back of the truck bed. He must have fallen out the back of the truck at some point as he was found about half a mile away from his home.
TMZ is reporting that there were no visible injuries on Loleini Tonga and although she was questioned at the scene, she was never taken in to custody. Just hours before the crash, Loleini went on her MySpace page to write:

Chris Henry is currently being treated at the Carolinas Medical Center.
