The Indianapolis Colts hired Chuck Pagano as the new head coach.

The Colts have found a successor to Jim Caldwell, and start to look up as the team comes back together. 

An official press conference will be held at 3 p.m. EST on Thursday.

Pagano comes from Baltimore where he was the Raven's secondary coach from 2008-2010. He also has experience with the Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns.
