During the Rockies game against the St. Louis Cardinals, Barmes appeared to make an athletic grab that turned and convert it into a game-ending double play. Photos posted on the Denver Post website suggest that Barmes may not have had control of the ball. The Clint Barmes catch photo shows the ball popping out of his glove as he hits the turf.
