Sunday 15 June will see thousands of keen, and not so keen, cyclists take to Melbourne's brand new Eastlink freeway for a free reigning ride on 6 lanes of freshly laid asphalt that will be silky smooth and most importantly - free of cars.  Many riders are hoping to sprint at up to 100km/h, and the police won't be able to bust them for speeding, as that's the freeway's signposted speed.
Bicycle Victoria has all the information you need about registering for the ride, or attending any of the free events for the day.
