The NFL decided to ban the Danica Patrick Go Daddy commercial, which features a fictional gay character "Lola". Go Daddy CEO Bob Parsons said he was shocked that the ad was rejected because the content is not controversial like the gay dating website ManCrunch.com, which was banned as well.

The Go Daddy commercial "Lola", made for Super Bowl 2010, was banned from the TV spot. The commercial is about a fictional retired football player, Lola, who decides to start his lingerie business.

Traditionally, Go Daddy is known for featuring half naked women on their Super Bowl spots. This year, Danica Patrick is (surprisingly) fully dress in the ad. Last year, Danica Patrick was in the Go Daddy Super Bowl commercial for 2009.

Danica Patrick is an American auto racing driver and a model for Go Daddy.

Go Daddy is a web company that offers domain names and web hosting services.
