Today Indian batsmen showed how strong they are . They today show that Pitch condition doesn't make them down mentally and physically but as the days end came to end Indian batsmen becamed a bit careless and gave Aussies a chance. Today it looked liked the 18 year old Sachin is on the ground. In 1991-92 Sachin scored centuries in Sydney and Perth made Australian attack afraid and today it looked the same but a poor decision stopped him.So lets see what all happened all day. A warm and good day for cricket started just like we all expected . Today Kumble's luck was on top and won the toss . Kumble looking confident in Indian batting elected to bat first. But Sachin and Dravid showed that why they are called 'Master Blaster' and 'Wall' Respectively. They both played australian pace attack with ease . Sachin was looking like that in him 18 year old Sachin is back and both not only save the wicket for long but also made scoreboard running. The catch was astonishing one. And India Again looked in trouble and Scored just reached 214 for 4 and all things depended on Dravid and Laxman.
They both proved that they are capable of facing any attack of the world.They played all bowlers quite well and it was looking like Dravid will score another century. Adding 64 runs to the partnership look like that India will finish the day with this pair but Dravid looking quite comfortable gave a lolly catch on Symonds Bowling and Gave his chance of making 100 ih this inning and gone for 93 only. Soon Laxman losing confidence plays poor stroke, a horrific back-foot shot to a short ball from Lee, walking back in his crease and flat-batting to mid-off, where Tait leaps up in the air and takes a simple enough catch and India was 284 for 6 giving Aussies a chance to wrap the Indian batting but it was lucky that Dhoni and Irfan save the innnings in Evening and the day end with both on crease and India was 297-6 looking satisfied with todays performance.
The Over rate of Australia look a bit slow, only 84 overs was only able to bowl and Refree will be looking on this and Pointing problem will increase more.
Day 2 planning:-
India will be planning to Play sensible and will try to reach towards 400 score for sure whereas Australia will try to left the remaining 4 wickets in morning session so as to get edge over India. What will happen all lie in Furture we wall will be waiting for Second Day to come.
