Washington Wizards guard DeShawn Stevenson showed up at a Media Day event with a host of new tattoos. Stevenson had a bunch of new tattoos, including one of US $5 bill on his neck. The DeShawn Stevenson neck tattoo features a portrait of Abraham Lincoln right beneath his face. In addition to having a $5 bill tattooed onto his neck, Stevenson had a backward letter 'P' on his left cheek. The stylized 'P' is the Pittsburgh Pirates logo.
"
On his left cheek bone is inked the Pitsburgh Pirate's 'P', "for the Pittsburgh, that's my favorite team. Barry Bonds, when he first started." The thing about the P is, however, that it's backwards and looks more like a 9. DeShawn tried to explain, "No, if you're standing where Dom's standing and looking at me, it looks like a P." Dominic McGuire was standing directly in front of him about 10 yards away, but it still looked like a 9. I think DeShawn meant to say, "when I look in the mirror it looks like a P."
DeShawn Stevenson also had a tattoo of a small crack on his forehead because he says he doesn't crack under pressure.
Surprisingly, DeShawn Stevenson isn't the only Washington Wizard to have a tattoo of a US president. Last year, guard Gilbert Arenas got a series of Barack Obama tattoos.

Normal 0 For men having tattoo is a show off of how manly they are. It is an expression of strength and guts. These tattoos are mainly seen in athletes of today especially the basketball players. They won’t even need payday loan just to be inked right? Some crazy things have they done is that tattooing themselves with so many characters that they made themselves dirty to look at. I do respect that it is a form of expression but sometimes not all people are pleased with anything they see in their idols body or face. It also lessens their confidence to believe and follow these public figures.
