Mombai: Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni was  found with a cleanly shaven head, a day after India's historic World Cup triumph over Sri Lanka.

Dhoni was seen with a completely new look during an official photo session in front of the Gateway of India, where some members of the Indian cricket team posed for news photographers with World Cup trophy. It said Dhoni vowed it to the almighty to have tonsured after the victory and redeemed it. Some say it is also because of sentimental reasons he got his head shaven. Dhoni had long hair before the .Twenty20 World Cup. He had cut his long locks after India won the Twenty20 World Cup in South Africa in 2007.
