The dudes from Dude Perfect have posted a 'World's Longest Baskeball Shot' video. The video features a guy on the top deck of Texas A&M Stadium throwing a basketball off the roof of a building and having it swish through a basketball several stories below.

Judging by the frenzied reaction of his friend who are standing on the ground, the World's Longest Basketball shot certainly looks real. But since we live in an era when anyone with a laptop can create any kind of image they want, it's hard to not to question the authenticity of the World's Longest Basketball Shot Video is real.

So is the Dude Perfect World's Longest Basketball Shot video real? The folks at the Daily Mail tried to get to the bottom of the mystery. They didn't go as far to say as it was real, but they did point out that they couldn't find any evidence that it was fake.

Their latest videos, posted on YouTube on September 17, shows one of the 'Dudes' making a jaw-dropping shot from the third deck of the Texas A&M football stadium. The two videos - one taken from the third deck, one taken from down by the net - both show the ball clearly arcing through the air before smoothly scoring.

Computer experts called in to examine previous videos have told American media that they cannot see where any edits may have been made.

So who are Dude Perfect? They're a group of Texas A&M students who spend their free time trying to pull off crazy basketball shots and posting it on the internet. They claim it's all for a good cause. They says that for every 100,000 pageviews they receive, they'll they plan to sponsor one child at Compassion International.
