New York Knick center Eddy Curry has been slapped with a sexual harassment law by his ex-chauffeur David Kuchinsky. The lawsuit accuses Curry of a litany of abuses, including making sexual advances, hurling Anti-Semitic remarks, forcing Kuchinsky to perform humiliating tasks, and even pulling a gun on him. 

According to New York Newsday, Kuchinsky is asking for $5 million n addition to unpaid wages and expenses.

According to the suit, Eddie Curry repeatedly approached Kuchinsky in the nude and ordered him "Come and touch it, Dave."

Kuchinsky also states that Curry asked him to perform some rather disgusting chores.

On top of that, Kuchinsky says that Curry twice pointed a loaded gun in his direction. The allegation is reminiscent of a 2002 incident involving former NBA player Jayson Williams, who accidentally killed his limousine driver after jokingly pointing a shotgun at him.

Curry will no doubt point out that Kuchinsky is hardly the most reputable person in the world. Kuchinsky is a convicted felon who has reportedly been feuding with Curry over back pay. Curry has implied that the whole suit may be nothing more than an attempt at revenge. 

Sadly, this isn't the first sexual harassment suit filed against a member of the Knicks organization. In 20006, former Knicks GM Isiah Thomas, the man who brought Curry to the Knicks, was sued by former employee Anucha Browne Sanders. In 2007, Thomas and the Knicks were found liable for sexual harassment. The lawsuit was later settled for $11.5 million.
