Is this the end of Flavio Briatore in F1?

Now both Nelson Piquet Jr and Pat Symonds have been offered immunity by the FIA, it can only be a matter of days before Briatore is either sacked or resigns from the Renault F1 Team. QPR fan sites are speculating this may impact the football club and have heard rumours that Alain Prost will take over from Flavio Briatore at Renault.
