Good news for Leeds fans, this win virtually seals a place in the play offs and now a chance to make it back in to the Championship. Beckford, Kilkenny and Becchio the scorers.

Leeds 3-1 Tranmere

Leeds all-but secured their place in the play-offs with a win over Tranmere which dents Rovers' own play-off hopes.

Jermaine Beckford swapped passes with Robert Snodgrass before finishing coolly for his 32nd goal of the season.

Neil Kilkenny, looking suspiciously offside, latched on to a long pass from Jonathan Douglas to fire in the second.

A minute later Leeds defender Sam Sodje headed into his own net but Luciano Becchio deflected a Beckford flick off his shin to seal the win for Leeds.
