Evo Morales Knees Political Opponent During Soccer Game- Caught on Video

During a soccer match between rival political groups MAS (Movement Towards Socialism) and MSM (MOvement Without Fear), President Evo Morales (MAS) proved that he was not above the occasional dirty play. After a tackle from Daniel Gustavo Cartagena (MSM), Evo Morales responded by kneeing Cartagena in the groin.

The Evo Morales knee to the groin was caught of video, of course, and made its way to the web with lightning speed. 

The MAS team was comprised of Evo Morales and a handful of officials and bodyguards. The MSM team was made up of La Paz Mayor Luis Revilla and his entourage. Revilla and Morales used to be allies, but that is no longer the case, either in the halls of power or on the field of play.

The game turned into a slug-fest which ended in a draw. At one point, one of Evo Morales' guards tried to arrest Daniel Gustavo Cartagena, but Luis Revilla prevented it. Meanwhile, Evo Morales, a former coca farmer and llama herder, was unrepentant about his response to the aggressive tackle.
