Finland, Jyväskylä celebrates ice hockey championship

Last Tuesday JYP won it's first ice hockey championship. Victory game after three series, 4-2 against TPS, 4-1 against Kalpa and with historic 4-0 victory against Kärpät. From the last 11 playoffs games, JYP won 10.
Today (17.4.2009) Jyväskylä celebrates ice hockey championship. The party started 19:00. The team carried Kanada Malja from Lounaispuisto to the center of the town.
I was there with my son, who was able to get autograpth from Jarkko Immonen, Kalle Kaijonmaa and Kalle Koskinen.
I have never seen so many people at Jyväskylä as all the streets were full of people. The victory was not just for Jyväskylä, but for the whole Keski-Suomi province. I was not able to see anything, but my son was happy to be on my shoulders.
