Caracas, Venezuela, 15 June 2008. Today France won the preliminary match against Venezuela at the male Volleyball World League Championship held in Caracas. France team scored 3-0 in three different matches: 22/25, 19/25 and 25/27. This is the second time the Venezuelan team is defeated by France this week.

French team -that arrived in Venezuela last week- is led by Philippe Blain. Brazil, Serbia, France and Venezuela are members of the A selection group.
