The NHL season is not even a week old and we've already a decent heavyweight hockey fight. Last night saw an early season bout between George Parros of Anaheim and newcomer John Scott of the Minnesota Wild.

The George Parros-John Scott fight featured a savvy veteran versus a relative newcomer. Parros has earned a reputation as one of the best enforcers in the NHL. At 6'8", the imposing Scott looks ready to make a name for himself.

The fight features a few solid blows with John Scott managing to knock Parros to the ice. Throughout the fight, it looked like the 6'5" Parros struggled to deal with the size of John Scott. Perhaps Scott may have announced himself as a legit NHL tough guy.
