German Bundesliga Matchday 1 2009/10 Season 7-9 Aug

The Opening day of the German top flight started on Friday with the match VFL Wolfsburg (last season's champion and VFB Stuttgart.  The defending Champion demonstrated their strength in the second half and won the opener by 2-0 over Stuttgart.
