The Attorney for Gloria James and LeBron James Has Sent a 'Cease and Desist' E-Mail to terezowens.com Regarding the Rumor of an Affair Between Gloria James and Delonte West

In an e-mail sent to terezowens.com, a lawyer for Gloria and LeBron James has finally addressed the alleged affair between Gloria and Delonte West and asked the website to 'cease and desist in repeating the lies you have been instrumental in spreading regarding Gloria James.'

Frederick Nance, the attorney, suggest that Mr. Owens contact his legal counsel if he does not understand the legal implication behind spreading something that is 'categorically false and per se defamatory.'

The e-mail also addresses the delay in waiting to respond to the rumors as the 'news' first broke last Friday that something may have been going on between LeBron James' mom and Delonte West. Mr. Nance says that the suggestion that this scenario may have had anything to do with the performance of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Boston series was so 'off the wall' that they did not even want to grace it with a response.

However, as the rumors continued all for 'your own personal gain' as Mr. Nance says, now they ask that Mr. Owens stop all publishing relating to this matter.

The story is still up on terezowens.com, and according to TMZ the website told them:

"We think it's a little fishy that they waited almost 4 days to fire this off." They say they stand by their source, and they're consulting with their lawyers.
