Charity match at the Allianz Arena to benefit ‘Goal4Africa’:
A football match between two all-star teams put together by Clarence Seedorf and Ronaldo.
On Saturday 12 July 2008, football fans’ dreams will come true in the
Allianz Arena in Munich: The 97-game, veteran Brazilian national
player, two-time world champion, three time world-soccer player of the
year and 1997 world goal-scorer of the year Ronaldo, will lead an
all-star team composed of superstars (Kaka, Ze Roberto, Gattuso, Buffon, Drogba, Gerrard, Shevchenko etc.)
They will be challenging the
all-star team led by the 86-game, veteran Dutch national player,
four-time UEFA Champions League winner, Intercontinental Cup winner and
FIFA Club World Cup winner, Clarence Seedorf.
Each ticket sold includes a donation to the Goal4Africa foundation.
This donation will aid children in Africa by helping to provide
education. More information is available at www.goal4africa.org.
What do you think?? It sounds like its going to be a huge charity event on one side and on the side its probably going to really actually help a bit to build a better eduaction in africa ...

lecou, I like this story. It's good stuff. Some big name players there in an exhibition match, expect some tricks.

lecou, I think your story has potential but needs some improvement. I've got a few suggestions, and if you give them a try, I'd be happy to remove this flag. I wasnt sure what was newsworthy in this story. News should always be about posting current stuff - new things you've discovered. to be honest it was really interesting to read ... i just got the mail including the informations about goal4africa yesterday ... so it thought it will be really current news ans also as i checked the webpage it was still quite new
from my point of view it will be everytime important news and a current subject to talk about people which are actually doing something against the crap education situation in third world countries. especially if there will be such a great variety of different VIP´s that there will be a reason for everyone to come, join and help them
but honestly cause it was my first story i would be glad if you can share some of your ideas with me ...

That is a very nice game to watch...battle of the great player and they are doing it for charity. It is really nice to be there, enjoying the game and helping.
