'Green Man' Hockey Game Video: Green Men Invade Canucks NHL Game

The Vancouver Canucks have a very passionate fan base, which apparently includes little green men. Last night's Vancouver Canucks vs Nashville Predators game was invaded by two green men who had prime seats right next to the visiting team's penalty box. Whenever a Predators players ended up in the sin bin, they were greeted by men in skin-tight green suits. The green men were a huge hit with the fans, drawing cheers every time they appeared on camera. 

The Green Men at Canucks games is likely an homage to the TV series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. One of the show's characters, Charlie Kelly, often dresses up in costumes, including Green Man. Since the show, Green Man or Men have popped up at sporting events across North America.
