January 16, 2012- Dunkadelic Sports Marketing wasn't going to let the NFC Championship Game be out-done by the AFC and has given the NFC a headline title name for their heavyweight match-up between the New York Football Giants and the San Fancisco 49ers.

The "Gridiron Fisto" In San Francisco is the headline title for these two franchises that have historic ties in the playoffs that date back to the days of Joe Montana, Lawrence Taylor and beyond.

The Giants are on a roll and are playing at a high level after their 37-20 beat-down yesterday of the defending Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers. The Packers entered the game 15-1 and had two-weeks to rest before they would face New York at home.

San Franciso was an underdog to the visiting New Orleans Saints and stunned the Saints and won in a thriller 36-32 this past Saturday. The 49ers will be playing in their first NFC Championship Game since their Super Bowl XXIX run of 1994 when they defeated the San Diego Chargers 49-26.

The "Gridiron Fisto" In San Francisco is a perfect title for these two NFC heavyweights who have a combined 8 Super Bowl titles. They both play physical defense in the mold of the Ravens and Steelers. It will be a battle of wills and a gridiron fight. The "Gridiron Fisto" title name was inspired by the Rocky movie character Apollo Creed who had the nickname the "Count of Monte Fisto."

Now the stage is set the AFC has their headline title name The "Razor Brawl" 4 It All and the NFC has theirs The "Gridiron Fisto" In San Francisco.

The debate can now begin who has the best heavyweight title match-up name. One game will be played in the east and the other in the west. Now we will see which game is best.
