First Session Highlights

Feed Reader

This has been a brilliant session of cricket fans, although a short one but nothing short of action at all. Yuvraj and Gambhir started positively in the session and runs started coming at higher Runrate. India has allready got a huge lead of 367 Runs which seems imposible for English Batsman to get chase in the remaining over when the bad light too will come into effect. If MS Dhoni declared now, it would be real threatening fight from both the side as England would like to chase it as same did by Indian team in Chennai. MS is allready known to fight till end of the match. He gave a fighting total to Australia in the last test at Mohali which Australia failed and gave away win to Indian Team. Now, all depends to MS Dhoni, will he take daring decision of declare the inning. Let wait and see….

At the end of lunch score was 216/4 (63.0 Ovs) with 55 Overs left in the day. If bad light comes in action we can say their are 40 Overs left now.

Second Session Highlights

Skipper Dhoni refused to declare after 1st session as he sent Yuvraj and Gambhir to bat. But neither Yuvraj Singh nor Gautam Gambhir were able to convert their runs into centuries, by giving catch to Ian Bell. After being both got out, Skipper Dhoni declared the inning and gave a huge target of 403 runs in just 44 Overs. The hour before tea proved a testing passage, one in which England lost a wicket and Ian Bell survived a few very close shouts. England team at the end of the second session just lost one wicket.

Third Session Highlights

This session turn out be dead session as all players were waiting to play minimum overs required before match can be called off as draw. Finally Before a hour both skipper agreed with umpires to declare a test as draw as no result could be seen.
