Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo and hotel heiress Paris Hilton have ended their hot frolic.

Both news makers have fallen out faster they fell in and swifter than the swine flu seizure sneeze.

After dumping lover American baseball star Doug Reinhardt,Paris canoodled with Cristiano when news broke of Cristiano's huge 80 million euros (US$130 million) transfer deal.They were spotted kissing and cuddling in posh Hollywood club,My Home,in Los Angeles earlier.

But it has come and gone as sudden and short as a shot in the net.

That L.A. raunchy fun run for Ronaldo is over.

"She lives thousands of miles away and is busy, and I am busy in Madrid so I am not sure we will be able to see each other," says Ronaldo,24,the 2008 World Footballer of the Year,who has apparently come to his senses.

"I am just making the most of the short summer time," he adds,recalling his short L.A.fling with Paris who he describes as "really cool".

However,Paris,28,is reported to have put down Ronaldo as "real sissy" and not the hot "macho" she likes after having a taste of the Man of the Hour at their two-evenings together.

Hot macho or not,the Manchester United winger is set to make the world record 80 million euros move from Old Trafford to the Bernabeu stadium.

Real Madrid has courted and won Ronaldo with the big bucks for six seasons at around 13 million euros salary per season in the six-year transfer from Manchester United to Real Madrid.

Real new president Florentino Perez has boldly splurged 80 million euros on Ronaldo,67 million euros(US$93 million) on AC Milan's Brazilian playmaker Kaka and another 15 million euros on Valencia's defender Raul Albiol this month to build the world's "spectacular" professional football team.

Ronald's transfer is effective July 1.

It's a dream come true for him.

Ronaldo has scored 118 goals in 291 appearances for Manchester United.

He gained star status in the soccer world after United manager Sir Alex Ferguson spotted and signed him for 12.24 million British pounds(US$20.08 million) in his last transfer from Sporting Lisbon to Manchester United in August 2003.Ronaldo was then an unknown 18-year-old Portuguese footballer in Sporting Lisbon.

He had then impressed Fergie with his outstanding performance in the United-Lisbon pre-season friendly match in Lisbon,Portugal.

In his debut season,Ronaldo won the Manchester United 2003-04 Player of the Year Award and an FA Cup winners medal.

He went on to win the Portugal Footballer of the Year and England Footballer of the Year titles in 2006-07.

And in the 2007-08 season,he was Europe's top goal scorer with 42 goals,winning several more awards like England Player of the Season as United celebrated League and Championship League double titles.

In 2008-09.he played his vital striker role to power United to the Premier League title,League Cup,Club World Cup Champions League final that United lost 0-2 to Barcelona.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the third Portuguese soccer star after soccer legends Eusebio(in 1965) and Luis Figo(in 2000) to win Europe Ballon d'Or Award.

So lust,caution,does not last - is apparently the watchword for Cristiano Ronaldo now.

Like Kaka,Ronaldo has to make the full use of his youth in his profitable football career to make hay while the sun shines and avoid sexy women like Paris Hilton -sissy,tipsy or wily.
