Houston Marathon 2010: Results, Photos, Video

The Houston Marathon 2010 took place on Sunday, Jan. 17. The Houston half-marathon also took place Sunday and was won by American Antonio Vega. The women's half-marathon was also won by Shalane Flanagan, who finished with a time of 1 hour, 9 minutes, 41 seconds.
