Yuva Raj who had a very depressing one year period, came into terrific form during the World Cup and said he was playing for a particular person and that person inspired him every time he hit the ball. Immediately there was speculation galore and media said Yuvy was playing for his fiancée.

The star has dismissed these reports and said he played for Sachin whom he venerated. Sachin who has all possible world records under his belt was distressed that he could not see India winning the World Cup, though he played six World Cup tourneys. Yuvy said it was to please the master, he tightened his belt and played in the World Cup.
