The fourth ICC World Twenty20 Cricket competions will be held in Sri Lanka between September 18 and October 7, 2012. Match fixtures were announced on 21 September 2011 by ICC.

There are 12 International Teams will be participate in this tourmanet. The groups were announced on 21 September 2011.
