Riding on a brilliant century by skipper Unmukt Chand, India on Sunday beat Australia by six wickets to lift the Under 19 Cricket World Cup at the Tony Ireland Stadium in Townsville.

Chand led from front scoring a gritty century, while Baba Aparajith and Smit Patel scored 33 and 62 not out respectively.
