Indonesia fails to enter soccer semifinals

Indonesian national soccer team U-23 failed to enter the semi finals of the South East Asian Games 2007 after bowing to host Thailand 1-2 at the Nakon Ratchasima Stadium Friday night.
While Indonesia has the same number of final points with Myanmar, but the latter is better in goal difference after beating Cambodia 6-2 in the final round of Group A elimination round.
Actually Indonesia needed only to play even with the host team to waltz into the semifinals.
The first goal of Thailand was scored by striker Teratep Winothai on the 15th minute.
