IPL 2009 : A success ?

Everyone are guessing whether IPL 2009 is a success.

There are many perspectives to be seen like Ad revenue , Viewers, Response from people.

According to theaterical reports, collections have fallen during this period all over india except tamil nadu.Reasons vary. I have read many stories about this so far.I can safely say though IPL is not as exciting like the previous year , its surely a success story.
