Johnny Weir got the 5th place in the Men's Short Program in Vancouver tonight. Johnny Weir made a solid performance and got a 82.10, which placed him at the 5th. The audience answered with boos after the mark was announced, clearly disappointed by the result.

he opened with a solid triple lutz-triple toe and a solid triple axel. Sometimes his skating can be so internalized that he does not fully engage the audience but tonight the crowd clapped along in spots and he wowed the crowd with his understated elegance.

In the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Johnny Weir finished with a 2nd place behind Evan Lysacek in the Short Program.

Johnny Weir, 23, is popular in the United States and also in Japan. He is a big fan of Lady GaGa, and used her song Poker Face for his exhibition.

Johnny Weir recently appeared in Be Good Johnny Weir on Sundance Channel.
