Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Cribbs suffered a serious injury on the last play of Monday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Josh Cribbs tried a hook-and-ladder play with three seconds left in the game and was hit hard by Ravens defensive end Dwan Edwards. Cribbs was sent to hospital and has since been released.
The agent for the player is reportedly upset with the Browns organization for the Josh Cribbs injury.
"I can't even put into words how upset I am at them for leaving him in like that," agent J.R. Rickert told the Cleveland Plain-Dealer. "Fortunately, he's doing well."
"Running a play like that when you're down 16 -- what are you trying to prove?"
