I was at this game too. Although (being a bosox fan) I was stoked to see the sox win, it was incredible to see griffey jr. my husband and i are diehard bosox fans, but griffey jr. is and will remain our favorite player. despite his injuries, he is one the greatest and i truly believe his greatness is motivated by his love of the game and not steriods or other performance enhancing drugs.
