The 135th Kentucky Derby Winner is Mine That Bird, who won with 50-1 odds. Calvin Borel was the jockey and he broke free in the last stretch to cross the finish line first.

The Churchill Downs track had sloppy conditions for the race.

Favorite I Want Revenge was scratched Saturday morning with an ankle injury. It is unclear how long I Want Revenge will be sidelined.

People are describing this as a huge upset, as Mine That Bird is such a shocking win. 150,000 people were watching as the horse broke away in the final stretch.

The favourite to win seemed to be Friesan Fire with 7-2 odds.
