Kim Duthie, the Teenager at the Centre of the St Kilda Naked Saints Photo Scandal Cannot Publish Any More Photos She Obtained From Sam Gilbert's Laptop
Duthie did not appear in court on December 23 and Federal Court Justice Shane Marshall adjourned proceeding until tomorrow afternoon to allow Duthie the opportunity to be heard.
Laweyrs for Nick Riewoldt and Nick Dal Santo and Sam Gilbert were unsuccessful in court today in ordering that the explicit photos be destroyed as a judge said that Duthie should be part of those proceedings. She has been ordered to stop publishing the photos that Sam Gilbert said were taken from him computer or any other image from his computer.

Duthie has denied stealing the photos, and said she took them herself, and she has other nude photos of players from other AFL teams. She has been quite active on her Twitter account in talking about the case as well.
St Kilda vice-president Ross Levin spoke outside the court on Thursday saying this was just the beginning of a "vigorous legal campaign."
‘‘When you get an order for damages, in the event we are successful in our claim, the order continues to be valid for up to 15 years,’’ he told reporters outside the court.‘‘In the event that she tries to make money out of this, the misery she has caused to these four undeserving players, then we’ll be looking for that money.’’
He added that Duthie could be held in contempt of court if the girl disobeyed the judge's orders.
‘‘We at the club, and all fair-minded people we would say in Australia, have been appalled at the delight that she has expressed in causing distress to these four players including, as I have said, some whom she has never met and who have never done anything to her.‘‘The woman has made it clear in her networking posts that basically she enjoys causing trouble for others.’’
Duthie apparently became pregnant after having sex with a St Kilda player and the baby was stillborn, but she is not saying whom she slept with.
While Nick Riewoldt claims he did not meet Duthie, Sam Gilbert has admitted that he had.

My question is, how old was this girl when she slept with the player and ended up pregnant - are there more serious issues here? Sex with a minor? The truth needs to out. I actually believe the young woman here and the AFL boys club is trying to present her as unstable (just like they are trying to do with Assange). She has said she is prepared to take a lie detector test - are the players prepared to do as well ? It seems to me a case of 'he doth protest too much'.

i agree totally. a duty of care was broken. a teacher would have gone to prison for this.why haven't these 24 and 28 year old's been questioned for having sex with a minor under their care, ie they met at a school function as guest speakers. They crossed the line and shouldbe questioned.

Not strictly correct pop. In Victoria, in some circumstances the age of consent is18. Where a person is a guardian, teacher, scout master, carer, mentor, employer or some other similar responsible person the age of consent is 18. If St Kilda is taking care of this minor, then it may be argued that any St Kilda official or employee who slept with her is breaking the law.

Her credibility rests on several public statements she made. She says she slept with player(s) from St Kilda, yet claims to have nude photos etc of players from 7-8 teams according to her, how so?She also says the players in the photos published are NOT the ones she slept with, so why defame those particular players, and NOT the ones she slept with?The ST Kilda players say the photos were taken in Miami, and YES, when researched the Miami hotel decor matches the photos. She claims that there's an identical hotel in Melbourne where she took the nude photos. Now this would be an enormous coincidence if the hotel where she met up with players in Melbourne which just HAPPENED to look idcentical to where the same players stayed on holidays in Miami in 2009. And were the players from all 7-8 teams she says she has photos of, all in that room with her at the same time, if she took the photos, as she claims? She could at least name the hotel, or give its rough location. And you would expect at least one member of the public to recognise the hotel, either staff members or previous guests.Sorry, girl, there's too many holes in you story.

The comment about learning from Arthur Miller's The Crucible is spot on,but unfortunately foot ball fans, players etc are not generally well read so they have probably would not see the similarities. In that story,the more people that got accused, the less and less likely the truth is being told. The more players this girl accuses the more likely she is exaggerating,or downright lying. If the girl is telling the truth,then she should be naming the players,the hotel and giving times,and name of the clinics or doctors who terminated her supposed pregancy. This would have to be done if she was to testify in court, and since she is so unconcerned about defaming people who are not involved, it should not be worrying her to do so. No court would accept anything she said was true if she can't produce evidence.Whatever the truth in her story,she is extremely immature,along with many of her supporters,if she thinks she can say what she likes about anyone without any evidence and expect to be believed.I might be wrong,but it seems to be made up,and her parents should be offering her help,not hiding.
