Kobe Bryant Played Game 6 of the Lakers-Nuggets 2012 Playoff Series With an Illness. Some Say It's Kobe Bryant's Flu Game. Other Think He Has Diarrhea. Don't You Love Twitter? Here are Photos, Twitter Comments and Jokes

Here is what we know about Kobe Bryant and Game 5 of the Lakers-Nuggets 2012 NBA playoff series: Kobe appears to be sick leading to a million comparisons to Michael Jordan's famous flu game.

But just how sick is Kobe Bryant and what exactly is he suffering from? According to reports, Kobe Bryant is suffering from a stomach ailment. It must be serious as Kevin Ding reported that "Kobe took two more bags of intravenous fluids at halftime, upping his total for the night to four."

Apparently, the official word is that Kobe Bryant had a case of gastroenteritis, which leads us to plenty of  diarrhea jokes. For instance, there's a photo of Bryant with a pained expression on his face that suggests he's having some health issues. CJ Fogler tweeted the Kobe Bryant photo below and wrote: "I'm pretty sure judging from this photo that Kobe gambled and lost, if you know what I mean."

Comedian Bill Bellamy kept it classy by writing: "Lakers getting ran out the Gym! And all Kobe wanna do is go somewhere and Doo Doo!! Lmao!! You know he got those watery farts right now!"

Whatever is wrong with Kobe, it led to plenty of jokes, the most prominent coming from Faux John Madden: "Kobe's teammates shouldn't worry about getting the flu.. he probably won't pass that to them either."

If Kobe Bryant did have diarrhea, he wouldn't be the first athlete to fight through it. During the 2007 NHL playoffs, Vancouver Canucks goaltender Roberto Luongo missed three minutes of overtime and was replaced by back-up Dany Sabourin.

At first, it was reported that Luongo had a problem with his goalie equipment. During the offseason, Luongo admitted that he had suffered a case of diarrhea.

Then there is this awesome interview with former New York Yankee Chan Ho Park, who admitted his suffered from a bout of diarrhea

I'm pretty sure judging from this photo that Kobe gamble... on Twitpic
