Lance Armstrong has been cleared to ride in the Tour de France after his drug tests came back negative for the 24th time in the last 6 months.  The AFLD should have had a witness there instead of the lone drug tester. Watch the video for Lance Armstrongs version of what occurred on that date.

Lance Armstrong has been cleared to ride in this year's Tour de France after the French anti-doping agency (AFLD) confirmed they would not be launching any disciplinary procedures against the seven-time champion.
