Landon Donovan May Have Blown a Kiss to Wife Bianca Kajlich Last Week, But Now News is Surfacing He May Have Fathered a Love Child By Another Woman

The woman has not been named, but SI.com learned that she has gone to a British tabloid with her story that the U.S. soccer star is the father of her child.

The woman reportedly became pregnant last winter when Donovan played for Everton in the English Premiere League. He and wife Bianca Kajlich spilt last year after three years of marriage, but they are not officially divorced. He fueled speculation that the couple may be back together last week when he blew her a kiss during an ESPN interview.

Donovan did not deny paternity, but told SI.com:

"I was informed of the possibility during the World Cup, and if I need to take responsibility, then I will provide the appropriate support," Donovan told SI.com. "This is a private matter and I will refrain from further comment at this time."

Donovan has just returned from South Africa with the rest of the World Cup team after being defeated by Ghana.
