Lawrence Taylor Has Been Charged With Third-Degree Rape and Pimp Rasheed Davis Has Been Arrested
Lawrence Taylor also known as 'LT' has been charged with third-degree rape after he was arrested earlier on Thursday for the rape of a 16-year-old girl.

The girl has been described as a runaway from New York and is now said to be 16 and not 15 as previously reported. Her pimp, Rasheed Davis has also been arrested in this case as he is the one who reportedly drove the girl to the Holiday Inn in Ramapo, where Taylor allegedly had sex with the girl. He paid about $300 for the girl according to USA Today.
Lawrence Taylor, known for his time in the NFL and on Dancing with the Stars, maintains that he is innocent, but a charge of third-degree rape could carry a sentence of four years in jail.
The police were alerted to what happened after the girl and Rasheed Davis returned to New York and she texted her uncle who then called the police.
Taylor's agent has not made a statement at this time.
Taylor was a 10-time All-Pro linebacker for the New York Giants from 1981 to 1993 after earning All American honors at the University of North Carolina.
Taylor's wife, Lynette Taylor, told TMZ that she thinks her husband has been set up, and thinks the timing of the arrest is too suspicious as Taylor was just featured on an A&E show called Fame and Recovery. Lynette Taylor said that the show made him look 'like a monster'.

ok, listen here! before we jump on Lt, let's look at the picture itself. YES he paid for sex, YES she lied about her age, NO he shouldn't have been in this situation from the start. I have to admit that the world is full of young girls who DOES NOT LOOK THEIR AGE.
