NBA star LeBron James and Cleveland Cavaliers teammates Darnell Jackson and Coby Karl have tested positive for Influenza A. The three Cleveland Cavaliers star is being treated as if he had the H1N1 virus, also known as swine flu. H1N1 is considered a strain of Influenza A.

LeBron James and his teammates have been tested for H1N1 and have yet to receive results. Tests for Influenza A can be done relatively quickly while the test for H1N1 take more time.

LeBron will travel with the Cavaliers on their road trip to San Antonio. LeBron James reportedly James rested at home for nearly two days to recover from the flu.
