The NBA Playoffs 2010 are not even a week old and LeBron James has already provided us with a classic dunk. During Game 2 of the Cavs-Bulls series, LeBron James absolutely destroyed James Johnson on a dunk.
Johnson came off the bench in the first quarter and was trying to have an instant impact on the game by getting physical with LeBron. It didn't work, to say the least. Before the dunk, LeBron beat Johnson for a layup.
He then went for the kill. LeBron isolated Johnson near the top of the key. He then made quick work of Johnson, driving to the basket and dunking. Johnson, a step or two too late, got absolutely posterized.
You have to feel for James Johnson. He was playing in his first minutes in his first NBA playoff game when he got destroyed by LeBron James.
Johnson finished the game with no points, rebounds or assists in around five minutes of playing time. LeBron, on the other hand, had 40 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists.
Fueled by the LeBron James-James Johnson dunk, the Cavs outscored the Bulls 32-18 in the first quarter. The Cavs went on to a 112-102 win, giving them a 2-0 lead in the series versus the Bulls.
LeBron's had some classic dunks over the years. Who can forget his dunk on Damon Jones free throw line dunk. Then there was that free throw line dunk he had against the Milwaukee Bucks a while back. Of course, last year people talked about LeBron dunking but getting dunked on when Jordan Crawford reportedly dunked on James. LeBron's people allegedly tried to confiscate any video evidence of the dunk, but it got out.
